Consultant II, Transformation

Responsibilities

• Co-innovate with clients to outline actionable digital and business transformation roadmaps.
• Lead innovation-focused discussions during pre-sales meetings, client orals, and consulting engagements.
• Identify operational gaps through detailed Process Discoveries and Customer Journey Mapping.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, and IT teams to implement and monitor solution impact.
• Develop tech-enabled solutions addressing people, process, and technology inefficiencies.
• Identify emerging technologies to optimize client processes and support Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Foster a continuous-improvement culture by imparting specialized training and methodologies.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of professional experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or a BPO environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (BB) or Master Black Belt (MBB) certification.
• Deep understanding of Business Process Services (BPS) and Customer Experience (CX) business models.
• Strong technical acumen in Gen AI-enabled Conversation Bots, RPA, Cognitive Automation, and advanced Analytics.
• Proven expertise in conducting Process Discoveries and authoring Process Design Documents (PDDs).
• Experience in one or more industry verticals such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Technology.
• Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
