Consultant, Global Supply Management

Responsibilities

• Manage global supply planning for specific platforms or commodity areas to ensure business goals are met
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product availability during product launches
• Coordinate with suppliers and tier 2 suppliers to assure capacity and continuity of supply
• Perform long-range capacity analysis and coordinate the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) or Ops Review process
• Balance global supply with regional procurement requirements and validate global demand
• Manage component transitions globally to minimize excess and obsolete inventory (E&O)
• Partner with functional leaders to identify and implement areas for performance improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience in global supply planning
• Strong expertise in supplier coordination and relationship management
• Ability to perform detailed capacity analysis
• Experience managing the QBR or operational review process
• Proficiency in inventory management and minimizing E&O
