Consultant General Surgeon - Breast Surgery

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat breast-related conditions, including benign and malignant tumors
• Perform advanced procedures such as mastectomy, lumpectomy, and breast reconstruction
• Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, and multidisciplinary teams on treatment plans
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to support patient recovery
• Educate patients on treatment options, recovery expectations, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with healthcare regulations

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in General Surgery
• Specialization in Breast Surgery
• 5–10 years of experience in breast surgery
• Expertise in oncologic and reconstructive breast procedures
• Fluent in Arabic, spoken and written
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Western medical training
• Experience with minimally invasive or robotic-assisted surgical techniques
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
