Consultant - Gastroenterology

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations with patients presenting gastrointestinal complaints
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and follow up on clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with medical colleagues across departments to provide integrated care
• Support junior medical staff through teaching and mentorship

Requirements

• Medical degree with recognized specialization in Gastroenterology
• Board certification or equivalent qualification in Gastroenterology
• Extensive clinical experience in gastroenterology, including proficiency in endoscopic techniques
• Strong diagnostic and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in teaching and mentorship
