Consultant Gastroenterologist

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and manage patients with gastrointestinal diseases
• Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures with precision
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding diagnoses and treatment options
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with regulations
• Participate in clinical research and professional development activities
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to departmental educational programs

Requirements

• Medical degree and completion of residency training in Gastroenterology
• Board certification in Gastroenterology
• Valid medical license to practice
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in gastroenterology
• Proficiency in endoscopic and other gastroenterological procedures
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
