Consultant Formateur Hôtelier

Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and processes to prepare software deployment
• Configure the PMS according to establishment activities (accommodation, catering, spa, etc.)
• Provide user training remotely or on-site (1 to 2 trips per month)
• Support clients during software onboarding and initial go-live phases
• Collaborate with planning, technical consultants, project managers, and customer success teams
• Manage post-training administrative follow-up

Requirements

• Minimum Bac+2 degree in hospitality, catering, tourism, or equivalent
• Initial experience in hospitality, catering, or tourism
• Experience in B2B client relations, training, support, or software implementation
• Understanding of operational hotel/restaurant challenges (reception, service, field organization)
• Proficiency with IT tools and professional software
• Strong communication and teaching skills
• Autonomous and organized
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of a PMS, hotel software, or booking tools
• Experience in the hospitality tech environment
