Consultant - Forensics

Responsibilities

• Translate client business objectives into actionable strategic solutions and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of 10–12 members, ensuring high performance, effective resource allocation, and project milestone achievement.
• Deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership, communicating complex forensic and investigative ideas clearly.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and develop dashboards, reports, and models for decision support.
• Monitor team performance and implement continuous improvement strategies to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of relevant consulting or managerial experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Management.
• Proven experience in backend operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of 10–12 members.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
