Consultant, Field Marketing

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver Singapore's direct marketing events program, ranging from flagship experiences to executive roundtables, to drive brand presence and sales pipeline.
• Build and manage local publisher and media partnerships to amplify brand reach within the Singapore market.
• Act as a trusted marketing partner to Singapore sales leadership, aligning integrated marketing programs with commercial priorities and revenue outcomes.
• Manage agencies and external partners to ensure high-quality execution, efficient spend, and accountability.
• Provide data-driven marketing performance reporting to the Regional Marketing Director and sales leadership, focusing on program health and business impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of field marketing experience within the technology industry.
• Proven expertise in event planning and execution across various formats and scales.
• Demonstrated ability to manage agencies, publishers, and external partners from briefing through delivery.
• Strong experience engaging and communicating with senior sales leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience tracking marketing ROI, pipeline influence, and budget performance.
• Experience working within a large, matrixed technology organization, collaborating across regional and global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Established relationships within Singapore's technology media and publisher landscape.
• Experience activating co-marketing and content partnerships.
• Familiarity with global campaign frameworks and go-to-market programs used by major technology vendors.
