Consultant Female Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon

Responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive breast service, delivering advanced oncologic and oncoplastic surgery
• Manage benign and malignant breast disease through clinical assessment and surgical planning
• Perform advanced oncoplastic procedures including therapeutic mammoplasty and autologous reconstruction
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings with oncology, radiology, and pathology
• Provide consultant-level clinical practice, including outpatient clinics and perioperative care
• Drive clinical governance through audits, quality improvement, and pathway optimization
• Deliver empathetic, patient-centered care and mentor junior medical staff

Requirements

• Board-certified Consultant in Breast, Oncoplastic, or General Surgery
• Fellowship training specifically in Oncoplastic Breast Surgery
• 7–10 years of post-board certification experience in breast oncology and reconstruction
• Eligibility for DHA Consultant licensure
• Proven expertise in advanced oncoplastic techniques and immediate reconstruction
• Strong communication skills suited for diverse patient populations
