Consultant Female OBGYN

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological consultations for outpatient and inpatient cases
• Manage normal and high-risk pregnancies, antenatal care, labor, delivery, and postnatal care
• Diagnose and treat gynecological disorders including PCOS, infertility, fibroids, and endometriosis
• Perform gynecological and obstetric surgical procedures, including cesarean sections and minimally invasive surgeries
• Conduct routine women’s health screenings and preventive care services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams including neonatologists and anesthetists
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with DOH regulations and hospital protocols
• Educate patients regarding reproductive health, pregnancy care, and family planning

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognized by DOH Abu Dhabi
• Board Certification or Fellowship in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Valid DOH Consultant License or Eligibility Letter
• 5–7 years of post-board consultant experience in a reputed hospital
• Expertise in obstetrics, gynecology, and women’s health management
• Strong surgical, communication, and patient counseling skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in minimally invasive gynecological procedures and laparoscopic surgery
• Exposure to high-risk obstetric cases in tertiary care settings
• Arabic speaking skills
