About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance on EHS compliance, sustainability, site investigation, and due diligence projects
- Prepare plans, permits, and reports for hazardous waste, air quality, storm water, NPDES, and wastewater programs
- Perform EHS compliance assessments and implement follow-up corrective actions
- Conduct environmental fieldwork, including groundwater, soil, sediment, and surface water sampling
- Perform Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments for property transactions
- Manage multiple projects within scope, budget, and schedule expectations while ensuring high-quality deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, geology, occupational health and safety, or a related discipline
- 2–3 years of relevant environmental experience or professional internships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working with data/spreadsheets
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various client locations
- Ability to perform fieldwork in variable weather conditions and challenging terrain
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- EIT, ASP, CHMM, or similar professional certification
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Experience supporting environmental permitting, compliance programs, or due diligence projects
