Consultant, Enterprise Solutions

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale ERP projects and develop nuanced transformation roadmaps, including cost estimation and resource planning.
• Link financial performance and business strategy to digital solutions to maximize business value on tech investments.
• Evaluate enterprise applications, data, and AI solutions, translating business needs into target state system requirements.
• Recommend packaged software vendors, modules, and configurations tailored to specific client industries.
• Restructure business and technical processes, including organizational operating models within ERP constructs.
• Support tech functions during mergers and acquisitions through functional and technical transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in mathematics, engineering, information technology, business management, or a relevant field.
• 2+ years of practical experience in IT/ERP consulting, professional software development, or IT project management.
• Hands-on experience with one or more major platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or Workday.
• Proven experience in business process design and configuration.
• Experience managing modules or workstreams in at least two end-to-end ERP implementations (waterfall or agile).
• Fluency with Gen AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and the ability to validate AI-generated responses.
• Willingness to travel globally to work with clients and BCG teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven responsibility as a team lead for a specific module (e.g., Finance, Procurement, OTC) during a project phase.
• Experience managing decision processes within large, complex organizations.
