Consultant ENT (Head & Neck Surgery)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of ENT and head & neck conditions in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Perform advanced surgical procedures involving the ear, nose, throat, salivary glands, thyroid, and head & neck regions
• Evaluate and treat patients with head and neck tumors, airway disorders, voice disorders, and swallowing disorders
• Conduct endoscopic examinations and utilize advanced diagnostic techniques
• Manage pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care
• Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists in multidisciplinary tumor boards
• Supervise and mentor junior physicians, residents, and allied healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies

Requirements

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution
• Board Certification / CCT / Fellowship in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as a Consultant ENT Specialist
• Demonstrated expertise in head and neck surgical procedures
• Eligibility for licensure with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS)
• Strong clinical, surgical, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Fellowship or advanced training in Head & Neck Surgery
• Western Board Certification (UK CCT, FRCS, American Board, Canadian Fellowship, or Australian Fellowship)
• Experience in tertiary-care or academic medical centers
• Research, teaching, or publication experience in ENT and Head & Neck Surgery
