Consultant, E-Business

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Regional Programmatic Lead, driving programmatic planning, activation oversight, and regional media strategy.
• Own and oversee regional programmatic media plans, ensuring campaigns meet performance targets through proactive pacing and optimization.
• Provide senior leadership and technical oversight to in-region programmatic traders and activation teams.
• Lead the in-housing transition within the region, supporting hiring, onboarding, and the implementation of new processes and platforms.
• Manage regional vendor funding plans and investment commitments to maximize value from strategic media partners.
• Ensure all regional campaigns adhere to global brand safety, compliance, and creative governance requirements.
• Translate complex programmatic data into actionable business insights and performance reports for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in programmatic strategy, planning, and activation with regional or multi-market scope.
• Deep understanding of DSPs, programmatic planning, optimization methodologies, and measurement frameworks.
• Proven experience managing programmatic teams or overseeing trading functions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

• Previous experience working within an agency background.
