Consultant Doctor – Perinatal Psychiatry

Responsibilities

• Manage high-risk pregnancies and conduct comprehensive assessments
• Develop tailored management plans for expectant mothers with complex conditions
• Perform advanced ultrasounds to monitor fetal health
• Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and pediatricians to ensure seamless care
• Provide essential counselling to patients regarding conditions and treatment options
• Assist in planning deliveries and responding to obstetric emergencies

Requirements

• Full GMC license to practice
• Section 12 Approval
• Clinician Approval Status
• Relevant previous experience in perinatal psychiatry or related positions
