Consultant

Responsibilities

• Serve the Painter Section's board and support strategic work
• Develop new member benefits and offerings to increase satisfaction and attract new members
• Manage the secretariat function for the Roof Painter Group
• Represent the painting industry to politicians, authorities, and partners
• Plan and execute events, courses, and networking activities
• Provide professional content for communications and newsletters
• Collaborate with colleagues on construction law, ESG, waste management, and labor law

Requirements

• Relevant background from the painting trade, construction industry, or related vocational education
• Experience in administration, development, coordination, or member/customer contact
• Understanding of the daily operations, challenges, and opportunities of painting companies
• Experience driving tasks or projects from idea to implementation
• Strong written and oral communication skills
