Consultant, Demand Planning (Sourcing Lead)

Responsibilities

• Advise on long-range demand and sourcing strategies to balance cost, availability, and risk
• Partner with Product Group, Procurement, and Regional Planning teams to align on data-driven decisions
• Synthesize complex supply-demand dynamics into clear insights and recommendations for leadership
• Analyze market trends and supplier constraints to proactively guide sourcing strategies
• Improve planning performance by enhancing forecast accuracy using advanced analytics, Power BI, and AI tools

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, finance, or related fields
• Strong business and financial acumen with advanced data modeling skills (e.g., Excel)
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking capabilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• Experience in program management and cross-functional leadership
• Knowledge of predictive analytics, forecasting methodologies, and risk mitigation
• Familiarity with end-to-end supply chain operations and fulfillment concepts
