Consultant, Delivery

Responsibilities

• Work on-site at client locations to support solution delivery activities
• Assist with gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements through stakeholder engagement
• Support implementation activities including system configuration, testing, and deployment
• Contribute to solution design activities under guidance from Senior Consultants and Solution Architects
• Configure and customize systems based on documented requirements and design specifications
• Support user acceptance testing, training, and knowledge transfer activities
• Troubleshoot issues and work with technical teams to resolve problems
• Document configurations, processes, and implementation decisions

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in consulting, implementation, business analysis, or technical support roles
• Understanding of financial services business processes (banking, payments, custody, or related areas)
• Technical aptitude for learning system configurations, understanding integrations, and troubleshooting
• Experience working with enterprise software or financial systems
• Ability to gather requirements and document business processes
• Willingness to travel to client sites 3+ days per week
• Fluency in German and English (for Zurich location)

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to blockchain, digital asset, or cryptocurrency technologies
• Familiarity with banking systems, core banking platforms, or financial applications
• Basic technical skills in SQL, APIs, or scripting
• Background in professional services or system integration
• Knowledge of custody, payments, or treasury operations
