Consultant Déclaration des Accidents du Travail et Maladies Professionnelles

Responsibilities

• Advise and support clients during the declaration phase of workplace accidents within required deadlines
• Manage internal and external client relations by handling daily incoming flows (emails and calls)
• Ensure the accuracy of information transmitted to law firms involved in drafting reservation letters
• Guarantee the follow-up of files until the investigation is closed

Requirements

• Bac + 2 degree in legal assistance or legal careers
• Previous experience working in a law firm or consulting firm
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage stress and priorities
• Knowledge of workplace accidents and occupational diseases is a plus
