About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead AI/GenAI initiatives by architecting autonomous agentic AI solutions and driving measurable business impact.
  • Own the full AI/ML lifecycle from prototype to deployment, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with product needs.
  • Design, develop, and implement AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and action.
  • Transform Customer Support business models towards fully autonomous agentic AI systems.
  • Act as a thought leader by promoting best practices, mentoring developers, and contributing to research publications and white papers.
  • Stay current with the latest AI advancements and proactively apply new technologies to enhance team projects.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in applied science or complex software systems, specifically involving deep learning, machine learning, and LLMs.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and experience building ETL pipelines (Airflow preferred).
  • Strong software development skills with experience using AI frameworks in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Hands-on experience with container and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proven expertise in training, fine-tuning, and applying Large Language Models (LLMs) for agentic AI applications.
  • Proficiency in designing and developing multi-agent systems where multiple AI agents collaborate to achieve complex tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience with graph-based techniques, semantic search, and hybrid search systems.
  • Familiarity with large-scale data handling and telemetry systems.
  • A track record of research publications, patents, or significant contributions to open-source projects.
