Consultant, CSR

Responsibilities

• Solve complex social problems using structured problem-solving frameworks and research-driven insights.
• Conduct deep research to identify social impact opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
• Proactively engage with corporate stakeholders to build and maintain long-term, sustainable relationships.
• Contribute to the development of business proposals and high-quality project deliverables.
• Design and implement frameworks to assess program impact and monitor social outcomes.
• Support the broader team with documentation of learnings and the creation of reusable knowledge assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, to support organizational growth.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in CSR consulting, project management, or complex operations within corporate sectors, social enterprises, or global foundations.
• Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility regulations and legal frameworks.
• Proven ability to collect, analyze, and present data to facilitate effective decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting impactful presentations and documents.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and building rapport with senior management.
• Ability to manage time and quality effectively to meet client expectations and project deadlines.
