Consultant - CS RDAF

Responsibilities

• Triage tickets to determine if issues are bugs or data-related
• Reproduce technical issues and collaborate with R&D and DevOps teams
• Develop, test, and deploy fixes to production environments
• Provide detailed explanations for complex system behaviors
• Refactor IBPL code to improve efficiency and performance
• Manage configuration moves between different environments
• Develop and test Change Requests (CRs)
• Perform cleanup, archival, and performance tuning
• Manage user access and support customer IT training requests
• Collate recurring planner pain points to assist CSMs with product enhancements

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL or similar database languages
• Knowledge of statistical, optimization, and simulation skills
• Experience with tools such as Python, R, SAS, or CPLEX
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts (Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and S&OP)
• Ability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift environment to support international customers
• Ability to analyze large datasets and prioritize high-value opportunities or risks
