Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessment and management of critically ill patients in the ICU
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on clinical evidence

• Lead clinical rounds, providing guidance and making critical decisions
• Mentor junior medical staff and participate in educational activities

• Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and accurate documentation

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Critical Care Medicine
• Unrestricted medical license
• Minimum five years of experience in critical care medicine
• Strong clinical expertise in critical care procedures and protocols
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Fluency in English
