Consultant Critical Care (Adult)

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage critically ill adult patients with complex conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, and multi-organ dysfunction
• Perform advanced medical procedures including intubation, central line placement, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Lead multidisciplinary ICU teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes
• Develop individualized treatment plans and oversee the implementation of life-saving therapies
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other specialists for comprehensive patient care
• Participate in clinical research and contribute to advancements in critical care medicine
• Maintain meticulous medical records and ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Critical Care Medicine
• Board certification in Critical Care Medicine
• Valid medical license to practice in Dubai, UAE
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in adult critical care
• Western-trained education or experience
• Expertise in managing complex critical illnesses and utilizing advanced therapies
• Strong leadership and communication skills for high-pressure environments
