Consultant Copilot Studio

Responsibilities

• Integrate into an agile squad and participate in Scrum rituals (daily, sprint planning, reviews)
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents via Copilot Studio Full Experience
• Orchestrate agents including instructions, tool-use, and multi-topics
• Define actions using connectors and Power Automate with architectural schemas
• Implement ALM (App Lifecycle Management) including pipelines and environment variables
• Ensure agent quality through automated testing and performance monitoring
• Manage AgentOps including surveillance, alerting, and version upgrades
• Optimize workflows to control and minimize costs

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in AI solution design and automation
• Proven track record of deploying Copilot Studio Full Experience agents
• Mastery of Copilot Studio Full Experience (actions, topics, channels, integrations)
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform and Power Automate
• Proficiency with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) in Copilot Studio
• Experience with APIs and MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Understanding of FinOps for agents (message packs, PAYG optimization)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira
