Consultant, Client Trade Operations

Responsibilities

• Support Portfolio Management & Trading for common, collective, and mutual funds
• Ensure accuracy of cash flow data on all Portfolio Management tools
• Perform investment-related validations, including pre-trade and post-trade oversight
• Manage the intraday trade request process and oversee issue resolution
• Perform ad hoc maintenance of client accounts and user access
• Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior-level employees
• Facilitate discussions and reach decisions regarding complex operational activities

Requirements

• College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in trade operations or a related field
• In-depth functional and industry knowledge
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with technical systems and industry-specific software
