Consultant Chef de Projet Industrialisation

Responsibilities

• Lead industrialization projects for new products or components from development to production
• Coordinate internal stakeholders (R&D, production, quality, purchasing) and external partners (suppliers, subcontractors)
• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Monitor project milestones, manage risks, and report to management
• Contribute to the industrial maturity of suppliers and partners
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and luxury sector quality requirements
• Participate in the implementation and deployment of industrial project management tools and methods

Requirements

• Higher education in industrial engineering, production management, or engineering school
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrialization project management
• Experience in Fashion, Luxury, or high-end manufacturing preferred
• Mastery of industrial project management methodologies (APQP, PDCA, Lean, etc.)
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of technical and quality constraints related to luxury products
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent English (written and oral) is appreciated
• Valid driver's license and vehicle
