Consultant Capital Markets & Risk Management (Financial Services)

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services to national and international financial institutions regarding regulatory requirements for risk management and trading activities
• Advise on regulatory requirements for algorithmic trading
• Support financial institutions during supervisory transitions, such as the shift from national authorities to the ECB
• Conduct training on regulatory requirements for management and executive functions
• Audit trading positions as part of annual financial statement audits under HGB and IFRS, including assessing valuation methods and internal controls
• Work at the intersection of finance, quantitative analysis, compliance, and risk management

Requirements

• Completed degree in Economics, Finance, or Law
• Practical experience in finance or regulation, such as through internships or working student positions
• Proficiency in German (C1 level or higher)
• Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher)
• An agile, curious, and team-oriented mindset
