Consultant - Capability

Responsibilities

• Identify key opportunity areas within client processes and lead projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to bridge the gap between Operations and Capabilities
• Manage end-to-end implementation of Blackline modules, including Account Reconciliation, Task, JV, and Matching
• Formulate improvement plans based on identified wastes and variations during process analysis
• Conduct diagnostics, solution design validation, and due diligence exercises
• Handle end-to-end pre-sales activities for digital capabilities, including pitching solutions and creating business cases
• Collaborate with multiple departments to lead the overall digital transformation journey for clients
• Establish standards and ensure the efficiency roadmap for Record to Report (R2R) is delivered

Requirements

• Commerce Graduate degree
• Proven end-to-end implementation experience in Blackline
• Experience in process efficiency analysis and identifying improvement opportunities
• Experience in pre-sales activities for digital capabilities, including solution building and business case creation
• Ability to work closely with operations teams to collect data and assess current situations
