Consultant - Business Development

Responsibilities

• Support Uniqus' visibility and presence in the region through external market activities, including events, industry forums, and networking platforms.
• Help develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers, referral sources, and key stakeholders.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities aligned with priority solutions and growth strategies.
• Assist in the execution of regional market activation plans, including event logistics and outreach coordination.
• Maintain disciplined CRM records by accurately logging contacts, activities, meetings, and next steps.
• Partner with senior leadership to support outreach regarding priority sectors and service campaigns.
• Contribute to converting market intelligence and relationship activity into actionable leads and meetings.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or a client-facing role.
• Background in professional services, consulting, advisory, or a relationship-led B2B environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent the firm professionally.
• Proven relationship-building skills and comfort engaging with new people.
• Proficiency in CRM tracking and organized task management.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in or exposure to event coordination, partner programs, or local market campaigns.
• Basic commercial awareness regarding professional services solutions.
