Consultant - Business Consulting

Responsibilities

• Understand and document client business processes and requirements
• Perform root cause analysis to identify operational challenges
• Develop comprehensive business cases to support transformation initiatives
• Interview various stakeholders and resources to gather necessary information
• Attend training programs to master advisory methodologies and consulting attributes
• Develop sector-specific expertise by understanding industry trends and key players

Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech. or equivalent degree
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience
• Proven experience in business process documentation
• Strong skills in root cause analysis and business case development
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the Government & Public Sector (GPS) domain
• Ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions to complex problems
• Agile, curious, and adaptable mindset
