About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Xceptor workflows to ensure high availability and timely incident resolution.
  • Monitor production schedules proactively and troubleshoot technical issues such as workflow failures and data anomalies.
  • Investigate root causes of incidents, document findings, and implement preventive solutions.
  • Collaborate with development and platform teams to manage code deployments, environment issues, and configuration changes.
  • Coordinate with business users to communicate incident statuses and manage expectations.
  • Maintain support documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge bases.
  • Assist in batch job scheduling, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
  • Participate in regular on-call rotations, including weekends and holidays, to support global operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical area.
  • 8+ years of overall professional experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Xceptor application support.
  • Hands-on experience with Xceptor workflow design, data ingestion, transformations, and validations.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for troubleshooting and log inspection.
  • Familiarity with file handling formats (CSV, XML, Excel) and APIs.
  • Ability to work US hour coverage (6 PM–3 AM IST or 9 PM–6 AM IST).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Xceptor Developer (Foundation and Advanced).
  • Prior experience working within the financial services industry.
  • Exposure to other automation tools such as Alteryx, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or UiPath.
