Consultant Automation and BI

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve multi-user Excel tools consolidating data from multiple source systems
• Automate end-to-end data processing chains using VBA and Power Query
• Design dashboards and summaries to facilitate decision-making
• Gather and clarify user requirements to translate them into concrete solutions
• Control data quality to ensure reporting reliability
• Support tool adoption through training and continuous improvement
• Test and validate developments

Requirements

• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel and VBA development
• Strong knowledge of Power Query
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into automation solutions
• Excellent communication and requirement gathering skills
• Fluency in French and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data visualization with Python
• Experience with AI-assisted development (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)
• Knowledge of REST APIs and their integration into business solutions
