Consultant and Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead logistical, operations, and supplies procurement for the Calgary office
• Support business development efforts and strategic initiatives in western Canada
• Build and use AI, automation, and agent workflows to scale impact
• Track media, financial news, and stakeholder activity for client advisory
• Contribute to the development of advisory notes, briefings, and research-driven analysis
• Provide administrative support to Senior Managing Directors, including travel, logistics, and inbox management
• Prepare leadership for key meetings with research and briefing materials

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in office management or executive administrative support
• 1–2+ years of experience in corporate communications and marketing
• Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary diploma
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work from the downtown Calgary office a minimum of three days each week

• Established professional network in Calgary, Edmonton, or Vancouver
• Experience in high-performance professional services environments
