Consultant Analyst

Responsibilities

• Participate in an intensive two-month, virtual Salesforce System Administrator training program.
• Complete all pre- and post-work assignments and attend all scheduled training activities.
• Obtain Business Analyst certification within 2-3 months of start date and an additional Salesforce certification by month 6.
• Develop foundational Salesforce knowledge and consulting skills to support clients.
• Once assigned to a client, document user stories, requirements, and configuration diagrams.
• Build and test solutions for customer use cases as designed by senior consultants.
• Resolve urgent client issues and participate in meetings regarding technical and business goals.

Requirements

• Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (cannot provide visa sponsorship).
• Ability to work in Eastern or Central Time Zones.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments or with customers/clients.
• Ability to work and self-manage in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% annually for client engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest or experience in the Nonprofit or Higher Education sectors.
• Proven ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
