Consultant AMOA SIRH

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple HRIS missions in collaboration with colleagues
• Act as an expert advisor to clients by identifying needs, conducting market research, and evaluating existing solutions
• Support upstream projects including strategic roadmaps and tool selection
• Lead implementation projects for HR tools
• Manage day-to-day projects and resources for payroll and development accounts
• Lead and manage project teams

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, specifically within the consulting sector
• Proven expertise in HRIS (SIRH) environments
• Functional expertise in Human Resources processes
• Strong knowledge of SaaS and ERP tools
• Ability to conduct opportunity studies, business cases, and process optimization analyses
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and writing skills
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and team management abilities
