Consultant AMOA SI – Secteur Défense

Responsibilities

• Frame, analyze, and structure information system (IS) needs and strategic business requirements.
• Support decision-makers by challenging strategic choices regarding IS and DATA solutions.
• Conduct impact studies to ensure alignment between business needs and global IS strategy.
• Contribute to the evolution of engineering platforms (PLM, CAD, GED) within highly regulated environments.
• Provide functional project management, including validating deliverables and ensuring technical adequacy.
• Lead change management efforts through workshops and knowledge transfer to stakeholders.
• Produce functional documentation and decision-support materials.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AMOA SI, ideally within complex industrial sectors (Defense, Nuclear, or Energy).
• Proven ability to frame complex needs and propose solutions aligned with client vision.
• Strong understanding of DATA governance, quality, and exploitation issues.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and writing skills.
• Ability to work in sensitive environments; must be eligible for security clearance (profil habilitable).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a consultant mindset to interact with high-level decision-makers.
