Consultant AMO Immobilier - Travaux

Responsibilities

• Source and select a design office to conduct heritage assessments and define priority projects based on ROI
• Define intervention priorities in collaboration with the manager through technical and economic arbitration
• Manage multi-lot sourcing including structural work, energy renovation (insulation, heat pumps/geothermal, waterproofing), and finishing works
• Consult providers, collect and analyze quotes, and recommend contract awards
• Negotiate and formalize contracts with selected suppliers
• Perform on-site construction monitoring, including stakeholder coordination and quality control
• Act as the direct interface for the manager to provide reports and facilitate decision-making

Requirements

• Higher education in engineering, construction, real estate, or project management
• Significant experience in AMO works or building CAPEX, ideally in hospitality or tertiary sectors
• Mastery of building works including structural work, energy renovation, and finishing works
• Knowledge of the provider network in the Occitanie / Montpellier region
• Ability to manage simultaneous multi-lot sourcing
• Experience in on-site construction monitoring and coordination
• High level of autonomy and organizational skills
• Possession of a vehicle for occasional travel to provider sites
