Consultant Alternant Intégration & Séparation

Responsibilities

• Support large international groups and investment funds in managing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures
• Identify operational challenges to help clients maximize transaction value, including synergy estimation and carve-out identification
• Develop integration, separation, and transformation strategies and implementation plans
• Coordinate and monitor the execution of integration or separation processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional consulting teams such as Strategy, Finance, Technology, and People & Change
• Assist in business development efforts, including responding to calls for tender

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) from a Grande École (Engineering or Business) or equivalent university
• Previous successful experience through an internship or apprenticeship in consulting or a large corporate environment
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to handle complex subjects
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of teamwork and rigor
