Consultant Alternant Finance Strategy & Transformation

Responsibilities

• Support organizational transformation, including shared service centers and global business services optimization.
• Assist in performance management through business plan design, financial modeling, and dashboard definition.
• Contribute to digital finance transformation projects involving process mining, RPA, AI, and data visualization.
• Support Green Finance initiatives by helping finance departments implement ESG and sustainable finance strategies.
• Provide financial support for integration and separation projects during corporate transactions.
• Participate in the development of commercial proposals and maintain direct contact with clients.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac+5 degree from a top-tier Business school, Engineering school, or University.
• Fluency in English (both written and oral) is required.
• Strong analytical skills and a capacity to handle complex subjects with rigor.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team and build strong professional relationships.
• Preferably possesses prior internship experience in audit, consulting, or a corporate finance/management control function.
