Consultant 4 - FUNC_FICO

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and support for SAP FICO, PS, and Costing streams in implementation and AMS engagements
• Design integrated finance and project cost structures including investment projects, internal orders, and cost centers
• Configure FI modules (GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting) and CO modules (Cost Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA)
• Configure PS modules including Project Definition, WBS, Budgeting, and Settlement
• Integrate PS with FICO and MM for end-to-end cost and revenue tracking
• Support standard Costing Run (KKS) and CKMLCP processes
• Prepare functional specification documents, unit testing, and training materials
• Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of SAP functional consulting experience
• Deep understanding of FICO, Project Systems (PS), and Product Costing integration
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (version 2020 or above)
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end process flows from budgeting to settlement and reporting
• Familiarity with Controlling objects, cost flows between FI-CO-PS, and Material Ledger
• Strong documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to lead independent workstreams and coordinate with global cross-functional teams
