Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and verify appointments
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient journey
• Support Sales Consultants by facilitating consultations and administrative tasks
• Ensure accurate data entry, scheduling, and payment processing
• Collaborate with team members to identify patient success stories
• Assist with patient inquiries and follow-ups pre- and post-operatively
• Support cross-selling by preparing quotes and consent forms

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in customer service or front-desk roles, ideally in medical or aesthetic settings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Professional demeanor and commitment to client experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
