Construction Works Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction works on-site in accordance with projects, building permits, and technical standards
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage the execution of construction works
• Ensure all works are completed according to contract deadlines and schedules
• Maintain constant supervision of work quality and monitor/manage the removal of any defects
• Support the Site Manager in all matters related to the execution of construction works

Requirements

• Higher education degree in civil engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Valid construction licenses in the structural engineering specialty
• Strong knowledge of construction technology and technical execution conditions
• Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
