Construction Technician

Responsibilities

• Install and modernize lifts, escalators, and travelators in compliance with industry codes and Otis specifications
• Ensure timely completion of defects identified during service or handing over inspections
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and materials properly and safeguard property
• Comply with Environmental Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
• Perform occasional travel to regional Adelaide areas

Requirements

• Electrical trade qualification or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Technician
• Proven experience working at heights
• Rigging and Dogging experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a timely manner
• Strong communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders
