About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the integral construction of high-voltage electrical lines (132 kV and above)
- Coordinate civil works, electromechanical assembly, and commissioning of installations
- Oversee resource management to ensure compliance with quality, cost, schedule, safety, and environmental objectives
- Participate in defining technical scopes for new projects and existing line reforms
- Draft technical documentation for civil works and assembly, including specifications and procedures
- Perform technical analysis of bids during tender processes
- Supervise contractor technical procedures and ensure correct application on-site
- Lead follow-up meetings and coordinate the team of site supervisors
- Conduct safety, environmental, and quality inspections on-site
- Report progress, risks, and incidents to Project Management and propose corrective actions
- Control and review contractor certifications and measurements
- Document design modifications and prepare As-Built information
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering
- Experience in high-voltage electrical line construction projects (preferably 132 kV or higher)
- Knowledge of civil works, metal structures, and assembly of overhead and underground lines
- Knowledge of High Voltage Electrical Line Regulations and technical standards
- Proficiency in Office, CAD tools, and BIM environments (such as Synchro and LEMAT)
- High level of English proficiency
- Availability for frequent travel to project sites (approximately 50% of the time)
- Training in Occupational Risk Prevention
