About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the integral construction of Very High Voltage (132 kV+) electrical line projects.
- Coordinate civil works, electromechanical assembly, and the commissioning of installations.
- Ensure compliance with technical, planning, quality, cost, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Lead technical and operational coordination in the field, managing resources and contractors.
- Draft technical documentation for civil works and assembly, including specifications and procedures.
- Perform technical analysis of bids during tender processes and review contractor procedures.
- Monitor material lists, procurement processes, and on-site supply management.
- Report progress, risks, and incidents to Project Management and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate commissioning activities and prepare As-Built documentation and final project reports.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering.
- Proven experience in electrical line construction projects, preferably Very High Voltage (132 kV+).
- Strong knowledge of civil works, metal structures, and overhead/underground line assembly.
- Deep understanding of High Voltage Electrical Line Regulations and technical standards.
- Proficiency in Office, CAD tools, and BIM environments (specifically Synchro and LEMAT).
- High level of English proficiency.
- Availability for frequent travel to project sites (approximately 50% of the time).
- Knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) is required.

- Experience in team leadership and multi-agent coordination.
