Construction Team Leader

Responsibilities

As Team Leader:

• Responsible for the development of your own team's operations
• Participate in the construction and supervision management team
• Participate in the development of marketing and business acquisition in the capital region
• Handle daily supervisory tasks for the team
• Responsible for processing tenders and ensuring continuity of work

As Project Manager:

• Perform project management duties according to the HJR18(2017) task list for project management and construction
• Act independently as a client representative and expert
• Work closely in the client interface and in cooperation with external and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Several years of experience in construction management for new or renovation projects
• Experience in construction management tasks for public construction projects
• Relevant degree in construction (Dipl. Eng, AMK Eng, or Master Builder)
• RAV/RAP qualification
• Excellent Finnish language skills
• Previous experience in supervisory or project management roles
• Ability to travel to work sites using a personal car

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial construction or data center projects
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Marketing-oriented approach and an existing professional network
• Proficiency in other languages
