Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure all construction and commissioning activities follow approved plans, specifications, and project schedules
• Supervise daily site operations including workforce management, material handling, and equipment usage
• Verify rotating equipment lubrication and preservation according to specifications
• Inspect foundations, supports, and anchor bolts for correct location and elevation
• Check torque settings on anchor bolts and bolted joints to ensure compliance
• Monitor project budget and schedule, reporting deviations and suggesting recovery actions
• Maintain daily records of manpower and site events
• Witness construction and pre-commissioning tests and sign quality check sheets
• Manage and clear work punch lists
• Enforce HSSE protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
• Coordinate between construction teams, project management, and stakeholders
• Prepare and submit progress reports to project management

Requirements

• Technical college diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of construction and commissioning management processes
