Construction Supervisor

At Reframe Systems, we're on a mission to make net-zero carbon housing more accessible and affordable for everyone. We're rethinking how housing is designed and built by manufacturing beautiful, high-performance module boxes in our Andover, MA factory.

Responsibilities

• Manage all subcontractors from excavation to final finishes
• Lead and train company carpenters with daily work lists
• Serve as the designated Jobsite Safety Officer
• Maintain clear communication with clients, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Maintain detailed daily logs with photos and notes
• Partner with Project Managers on four-week lookahead schedules
• Ensure high-quality product delivery through strict quality control
• Apply for permits and manage all municipal site inspections

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ground-up residential construction
• Active MA Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License (CSL)
• Deep knowledge of building means and methods
• Proficiency in construction apps like Procore or Buildertrend
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
