Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PMC staff to control overall project quality, safety, progress, and cost objectives
• Supervise the PMC site inspection team and ensure adherence to project quality requirements
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements, shop drawings, and approved materials
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections according to the approved Inspection and Test Plan
• Monitor contractor stores to ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials
• Review contractor proposed site organization, manpower histograms, and equipment requirements
• Assess change requests and advise the Construction Manager on potential variations to the scope of work
• Participate in reviewing pre-commissioning and commissioning plans
• Oversee the preparation of punch lists and ensure the clearing of outstanding snag list items
• Review as-built drawings, vendor warranties, and operation manuals submitted by contractors
• Report any non-conformities through the formal Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process

Requirements

• BSc in Engineering or higher
• Minimum of 20 years of overall professional experience
• Minimum of 12 years of experience specifically in construction supervision projects
• Proven experience working on service station projects
